Thanks to everyone who came out to run with us at Bad Weather’s brand new facility! This will definitely be a spot for us to “Repeat” at in the future. They had a fantastic space, great beer and easy access to some beautiful running areas.
We started just before sunset and ran down West 7th Street and made our way down to Shepherd Road and to the River. We ended up having a gorgeous run along the river, watching the sunset! With a beautiful view of St Paul in front of us, we made our way back up to West 7th Street and back to Bad Weather. It was a very easy route to follow and was fun to run along the river!
Back at Bad Weather several of us grabbed 4-beer flights to try a selection. All our old favorites were available but the new seasonal beers were very interesting to try. The Rye Porter, harvest ale and fresh hop beers in particular were enjoyed. In addition to the great beer, their non-alcoholic soda was fantastic! With 2 options on tap with tastes of ‘liquid smarties’ and chai tea there were lots of flavors to delight the taste-buds.
This week is an off week for us, it being the 5th Thursday of the month. Next week, November 5th, we head back to Minneapolis to hit another spot we haven’t visited yet. We are heading to Boom Island Brewing! Go RSVP for the run now and come out and join us.
