Last week at New Bohemia we had our first run without rain in quite some time. It was a beautiful evening for a run and everyone who made it out seemed to have a fantastic time!
Our run took us from New Bohemia down to the Mississippi River. We headed up Main street towards Boom Island. We weren’t as smart as sometimes and ended up ‘exploring’ a couple side trails that we thought might be interesting to run. It seemed every one we tried ended up in a dead-end. Oh well. Eventually we made it to the Broadway bridge and got a peak at the Twin Cities River Rats performing their water ski show! Back on West River Parkway we made our way down to the Hennepin Ave bridge and back to New Bohemia. Overall it was a beautiful evening and a fantastic run!
