Everyone who was thinking of running with us last week at Republic Uptown missed a beautiful evening. The rain finished before the run. That left us with clearing skies and a wonderful evening!

Audrey, Brad, Brenner, Dave and Derek started out at Republic and headed up to the Greenway. From there, we did a complete lap of beautiful Lake of the Isles. The baby “goosies” were out in force in their fuzzy yellow feathered coats. Not a drop of rain fell on us the entire evening! All along the run, we encounterd lots of other runners enjoying the weather. After our run, we returned to Republic, which had a great selection of beer that needed trying.

If you are ever concerned about the weather, remember that we always start the run where we will end. If the weather is bad, we always have the option of skipping the run and starting the beer. We don’t do that often as a group, but it’s always an individual option.
Next week, we are heading back to a favorite of ours. We are going back to NE Minneapolis and Fair State Brewing. Go RSVP so we know to expect you! Bring a friend and introduce them to RunBeerRepeat.
