What an awesome week!
Our last run brought us to Wabasha brewing for a fun out-and-back down past the Wabasha Street Caves and along the Mississippi River. The night was quite warm and even though the path was not plowed, it was a great run! The staff at Wabasha were awesome, hooking us up with a bunch of seats in the front window. Even better than the staff was the beer at Wabasha! They had a great selection of options that were perfect for the post-run recovery!
On Saturday the 17th, RunBeerRepeat competed in the 2nd annual Smoosh Race at Bauhaus Brew Labs! This event was put on by Northstar running with all proceeds going to Children’s Hospital. Even though we didn’t make it to the final bracket, we had tons of fun racing this year! Thanks to everyone who came out and cheered us on!
Last Friday a few of us headed to US Bank Stadium for the last indoor run of the season as well.
This week we are heading to one of our all-time favorite locations, Fair State Brewing in Northeast Minneapolis! As usual, join us for a 30 minute run leaving Fair State at 6:30 sharp. We’ll be back at Fair State at 7pm for some post-run beverages! Pro-tip for anyone looking for some awesome food after the run. Holy Land Deli is right across the street on Central Ave. You can order from their online menu and set a 7:00 or 7:15 pickup so your food is ready for you right after the run!
