We had a fantastic run the other week at Flat Earth! The weather was chilly but beautiful for our out-and-back run from Flat Earth to CHS Field and back! At the start of the run, this author was finally shown the path to the secret tunnel that gets you into Swede Hollow quickly. Even though the tunnel looks like it should be a “bad idea” from a horror movie, all was well other than some icy spots.
Back at Flat Earth, we were joined by some of our cohorts who braved the afternoon to attend the Twins home opener. Flat Earth had a great selection of beer available to sample as well. Thanks to everyone who came out in the not-quite-April-like weather and joined us for a great run and fantastic beering!
This week we are heading to the brand new Finnegan’s Brewery in Minneapolis! Come join us at Finnegan’s on Thursday for a run at 6:30 sharp. Make sure you allow for parking time as we are meeting in downtown Minneapolis and Finnegan’s doesn’t have a dedicated parking lot. If you are planning on joining us, please consider RSVPing. It really helps us get a handle on how many to expect.
