It’s time to run! And beer…!
Thanks everyone who joined us at Flat Earth the other week! It was great seeing lots of smiling faced out for a chilly run! As always, a huge thanks to Flat Earth for being such a great host!
It’s the 5th Thursday of the month which means we have a BONUS RUN! This week we head to Hammerheart Brewing Lino Lakes for an awesome run! Come join us for a 30-minute run, followed by some great beer!
NOTE TO RUNNERS – The run is a bit different this week so pay attention! There isn’t a good, safe running option directly from Hammerheart so we are first meeting at the YMCA in Lino Lakes NOT at the brewery like we typically do. After our run we will head over to the brewery.
If you would like to check out the running route, we have it posted on the Strava Group.
With the bitterly cold wind chills, there is a good chance the run will be shortened. We will still likely run but it might be a token 10 minutes or so. We will decide right before the run. Not interested in running at those temps? Meet us at Hammerheart! Make sure you pay attention to the the club Slack channel for day-of updates.
After our 30 minute (or so) run we’ll meet back at Hammerheart for a post-run beverage! If you are joining us, please make sure to RSVP on the website or the Facebook Event. If you haven’t signed the RunBeerRepeat liability waiver, please do so online before the run. You only need to sign once per year!
If you have questions or suggestions for people, jump over to our Slack Team and ask away!
