Last week Run. Beer. Repeat. celebrated the coming of Spring by activating its twice-a-month running schedule. This time we headed south of the river to Shakopee and the land of horse racing, thrill rides and Badger Hill Brewing! We all met at the brewery and took a short carpool to the Minnesota Valley Nat’l Wildlife Refuge.
The run was beautiful, peaceful, traffic free and windy! As someone who has crossed the Bloomington Ferry Bridge countless times it was fun to run in its underbelly. After our leisurely run we all went back to the brewery and shared some great beers. RBR club member and Badger Hill employee Tim Johnson gave us a great tour of the facility. Thanks Tim!
Our next few runs have been posted so be sure to check them out. Our next run, April 16th, will bring us to Insight Brewing in Minneapolis. Be sure to take advantage of the Living Social deal if you plan on coming! As always be sure to RSVP for the next run so we know you’re coming (and don’t leave without you).
Mark your calendars!!! May 7th will mark the first anniversary of our little club and we’ll be back where it all began – The Republic in uptown. Happy Birthday Run. Beer. Repeat!
