It’s time to run! And beer…!

With 2018 coming to a close, it has been an amazing year for Run Beer Repeat. It has been heartwarming to see our little run club grow in size and meet many new people. There is a great post up on Facebook and Instagram looking back at all the places we’ve been this year. Pleas go take a look and leave a comment about where you would like to see us run in 2019!

Our final run of the year was from Birches Lowertown. Thanks to everyone who dressed up in their worst Christmas attire! Congrats for Audrey, Becky and Quentin for winning the Best of the Worst competition! A huge thanks to Todd and Erin for hosting an after-party in condo upstairs from Birches! You put on an amazing event!

Running this week

This week we head to Sisyphus Brewing in Minneapolis for an awesome run! Come join us Thursday at Sisyphus for a 30-minute run, followed by some great beer! As always, we will meet at about 6:20pm around the front of the facility and will start our run at 6:30 sharp so please plan to get there and parked on time. After our 30 minute run we’ll meet back at Sisyphus for a post-run beverage!  If you are joining us, please make sure to RSVP on the website or the Facebook Event.

It’s a new year so if you haven’t signed the 2019 RunBeerRepeat liability waiver, please do so online before the run. You only need to sign once per year!

Upcoming events and items of interest

• We are placing another order for RunBeerRepeat apparel on Monday the 7th. If you are interested, check the Apparel link on the website, pick what you want and what sizes and email the details to Dave. Ordering with the group will save you shipping costs and the club gets a small amount back for operating expenses. Showing up tomorrow will be a brand new shirt design so check it out!
• This Saturday, January 5th at 3pm, we are having a planning meeting at La Doña Cervecería to plan our upcoming runs. If you are interested in helping with some of the behind-the-scenes planning, please swing by and lend a hand!
• Saturday, January 12th we will have our first Bottle Share of 2019! Bring a fun bottle of beer to share! An RSVP via the website is required to get the address so please go RSVP now!
